To promote the technology business sector of the Columbia River Gorge and build new alliances to strenghten our surrounding communites.

We focus on "lifestyle entrepreneurs;" individuals who take advantage of the area's recreational resources and business opportunities, combining their drive for recreational activitites iwth an industry cluster that continues to expand.

Project Lead the Way
 
April 22, 2008 - The April meeting of the Gorge Technology Alliance will feature "Project Lead the Way", a pre-engineering program offered by Northern Wasco School District. The meeting will start at 6:30 pm at The Dalles/Wahtonka High School in The Dalles.

Complying With U.S. Export Controls

Alliance Activities: March Report
 The start of spring has been busy for the Gorge Technology Alliance. We've been active promoting the GTA, hosting technical discussions about AUV's and robots, learning about online sales, and meeting new members. Click here to view the activities report for the month of March.
CGCC Pursues IT Discussions

Get the FACTs- the Fundamentals of Applied Core Technologies. Columbia Gorge Community College is engaging in conversations with their industry partners about the area's IT needs. If you are interested in contributing to the conversation, contact Mary Kramer at CGCC at 541-506-6033.
