Mission Statement:
Promote the technology business sector of the Columbia River Gorge.

Vision Statement:
The Columbia River Gorge will be recognized for its robust technology business sector that brings valuable jobs to our communities and complements our environment.

Key Thrusts :
The Gorge Technology Alliance seeks to promote the technology business sector of the Gorge by helping start, grow, expand, and sustain high tech companies. We accomplish this by engaging in activities related to our three main purposes:

• Encourage networking among technology businesses to promote and leverage each others capabilities, products, and services.
• Provide educational opportunities for members
• Brand the Gorge for high tech

Organization Objectives:
Our three key thrusts encompass the following objectives:

• Develop and effectively communicate priorities to local, state, and federal governments for initiatives that could foster our technology business sector.
• Provide a forum for job networking and candidate information exchange including the possible assistance in finding suitable employment for the spouses of key recruits.
• Develop a branding strategy so that the gorge and its businesses can be identified for innovation, technology and entrepreneurial acumen.
• Develop a strategy and implement an advocacy plan for a shared technology center that could benefit the gorge and GTA members.
• Form ad hoc cooperative associations for seeking improved buying power and resultant economies for benefits, products, or services commonly required among members.
